Welcome to Townhomes of Deep Creek HOA!

The Townhomes of Deep Creek were established in 1987. Since that time, the townhomes and the area has gone through many changes. The townhomes must be a great palce to live as we still have some original homeowners.

In 2004 Hurricane Charley hit Florida with a vengeance and our townhomes were destroyed. Some owners weer in their units at that time and lived to tell the tale. Our present buildings were started in 2004 and completed in 2007. The five new buildings consisting of 52 units are of block construction and were built to Hurricane standards and code at that time.

We have a heated pool and pool house for our use. Townhomes of Deep Creek is a mixed use environment as we have year round owners and tenants. We also have seasonal owners and seasonal renters. Rentals must be at least one month in duration.

The area around the townhomes has many activities for your to choose from and range from golf to biking to water acvitivities.

The Townhomes of Deep Creek is our “happy place!”
